Print out the lease and mail in w/ the deposit-(1/2 of the total rent amount)I will make copies of the check, money order, or credit card*and lease and send it back. Final payment is due 30 days before the rental. When I mail back the copy of that check, you will also receive the code for the front gate, lockbox for house key, and alarm code.
